Oui, je sens le cafe en generale, et je peux discerner le cafe de les autres choses. Mais je ne sens pas le cafe comme tu!
Of course, if this was the sarcastic phrase book my answer might have been different…
(translation, for the monolingual: Yes, I smell coffee in general, and I can distinguish coffee from other things. But I don’t smell coffee like you do!)
